His journey began working in various disability support roles, where he discovered his calling in helping young people transition from school to meaningful employment. Recognizing the gap in specialized, hands-on programs for youth with special needs, Quentin founded Ellenni & Co to create a more personalized, effective approach.

After years of working in traditional employment services, Quentin saw firsthand how cookie-cutter approaches often failed to engage young people or build lasting skills. He envisioned something different – programs that were hands-on, practical, and genuinely enjoyable.
